KAYAK SKILLS LEVEL 1 | 18yrs+ ONLY

The Level 1 Kayak Skills award aims to enable participants to perform fundamental paddling skills on flat water.
Learn to kayak on the tranquil waters of Lough Gur. Time in the outdoors particularly in blue spaces is proven to benefit our wellbeing.
This course is certified by Canoeing Ireland and based in LOUGH GUR, CO. LIMERICK. We will be using closed cockpit kayaks.
Open to participants aged 18+ who are water confident and able to swim.
Course dates 23/30 May and 6/13 June. 6.45-9.00pm each evening
