Canoeing Ireland Level 3 Kayak Skills Assessment 

Date: Monday 22nd April

Times: 10:30am – 3:30pm 

Location: River Shannon, Castleconnell. Meet Ferry Car Park.   

Course fees paid directly by ULKC

Suitable for: Adults 18+ , Reserved for participants offered places via UL Kayak Club

To attend this course you must meet the following pre-entry requirements

1. Be a current member of Canoeing Ireland
2. Be able to demonstrate the strokes and techniques of the Level 3 Kayak skills award in an appropriate environment
3. Be suitably equipped with a kayak and personal equipment as per the Level 3 Kayak Skills guidelines

Please note: Please paddle a suitable river kayak for your assessment. Freestyle boats are not suitable for demonstrating all required skills.
